Excellent airport parking at an affordable rate! I came across this company while searching for airport parking, as I knew I didn’t want to park directly at the airport. When I arrived, I filled out a form, and a representative parked my car. Within five minutes, the shuttle was ready to pick me up and take me to airport. I was three hours early and had plenty of time at the airport to sit and relax before my flight. This was my second time using Purchase Park 2 Fly and this company has been amazing at treating their guests. Even after I landed and it was time to go home, the steps to find the van was very easy and they picked me up within ten minutes. Although it was a bit difficult to find the parking area, the signs did help me a lot to find my way. Excellent company and will highly recommend!

Flew in at 10pm and the shuttle showed up within 15 minutes! The drop off was easy as well, and pricing is totally fair. They even had my car pulled right up front when we arrived to leave. Would park here again and again!

Check in and out was quick , easy and efficient. I requested a shuttle pick up and by the time I exited the airport they were already waiting for me. Our car was waiting right by the check out office ready to go. I’ll definitely use them again.

I've used this company before never had an issue and recently had to use them again . I was greeted by the manager I believe his name is Erick very pleasant well spoken young man . I left my car there a few days came back and no issues what so ever .

I must say compared to other parking lot nightmares, I am very happy with the service I received here at this jfk location from checking in to check out late last night has bin very smooth, Erick the manager in this location was very helpful with going as far as driving a few blocks to help guide us into the lot since my gps was not working correctly, I will be returning!

I have used this parking lot for my last few trips and have nothing but great things to say. The process is seamless and stress-free and I highly recommend it to my friends and family. The manager- Erick, is super responsive and helpful and makes the process easy each time. Will be using again in the future!

We arrived at Westchester Airport to find the shuttle waiting for us. The driver, who was a woman, which I was thrilled to see, was so friendly. She informed us that our car had been shoveled out of the snow! This was at 10:00 at night while it was still snowing! We were parked right up front and were able to drive right out! What a pleasure!

Our flight was significantly delayed and we got text messages from our Park2Fly attendants letting us know they would be there until our flight landed and we had our vehicle. They went above and beyond to keep us informed without me having to call and ask if they would still be open. Would absolutely recommend this locations to someone in need of a place to park.

My flight back was cancelled due to a snow storm. PP2Fly called me to ask if I was still coming back on the designated return date. Since I could not get a flight until 3 days later, they adjusted the fees ahead of time so I did not have to wait when I returned. Then they called again on the day of my return to make sure I was still retuning that day. On top of that they shoveled the snow away from my car so I could exit. Outstanding customer service!!!

Upon pick up attended had our car upfront. Great service and very courteous.

The staff was great. The attendant, Kevin, was very friendly and helpful. The price was fantastic. I self-parked for 8 days and I am completely happy with this parking service. I recommend and will park there again.

Overall, I was extremely pleased. The only complaint I had was the long wait for the shuttle, but it was explained that only one was running due to COVID. Hopefully, that will get back to normal in the future!

The parking lot is a little difficult to find. Once you enter the Purchase campus you need to turn off the GPS, I found bus stop location and looked at the parking lots on that map which is how I found the Park2Fly lot, otherwise it was a great experience!

I've been using PP2Fly for years! I've always found the service to be very convenient, the only downside was the occasional crowd trying to all get processed both in and out, and shuttles that needed a bit of car. BINGO...both of those items are now spot on. The online appointment process made both check in and pick up simple. The comfortable, spacious vans and terrific drivers only add to the great experience. The ability to request via a text link to have the van come and the car ready is a terrific addition to the service and to arrive, fully checked out and have the car warm and running made even returning to the cold more palatable. Great job all!!

This was my first time using Purchase Park 2 Fly. I usually fly out of Hartford but needed to use Westchester. Parking at the actual airport seemed far too expensive. I arrived at the Purchase lot, which was easy to find. There are many signs however they are not well lit when arriving in the dark. I pulled up at 5:45pm and was sitting in my terminal by 6:15pm. Check in was easy and the shuttle to the airport was ready and waiting for me to board. Fortunately there was now snow while I was away so I cannot speak on behalf of snow removal. However, when I landed back at Westchester earlier than expected I requested my car through the link that was texted to me. The shuttle arrived within 10 minutes and my car was warming and ready to go when I arrived back at the lot. Would certainly recommend this service, everything ran smoothly, price was reasonable, and I would use again!

Best value option for long term parking serving Westchester airport. Reservations can be made online. Drop off and pick up are usually very quick and easy. It's a ~10 minute ride from the lot to the airport. Have used this several times over the years. Typically arrive 70 - 90 minutes before my flight and have never had an issue. The shuttle service is prompt for pickup. I typically call for pickup when I return my bag from baggage claim and they arrive a few minutes later. Great option to use and friendly service.
